Who we are

We’re Mykyta Soima — a small, independent app studio based in France. We publish our apps under the Mykyta Soima name. For anything about privacy, email us at support@mykytasoima.cc.

Information the Apps may collect

Depending on the App, we may process some of the following:

• Usage data — which screens you open and how features are used, so we can tell what’s working.
• Device data — things like device model, OS version, and language, to keep the Apps compatible.
• Purchase data — subscription or in-app purchase status, handled through the App Store.
• Messages you send — the content of any email or support request you choose to send us.

Wherever an App can work without a piece of data, it does.

How we use information

• To run the Apps, fix bugs, and improve performance.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To understand which features matter and improve the experience.
• To keep things secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

Third-party services

Some Apps rely on trusted third-party tools for things like analytics, crash reporting, payments, or hosting. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies — commonly Apple’s services and widely used analytics or crash-reporting tools. We only add a provider when it’s genuinely needed to run the App.

Purchases

Any purchases are processed by the App Store, not by us. We never see your full payment-card details. We may receive confirmation that a purchase or subscription is active so the App can unlock the right features.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as it’s needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires — then it’s deleted.

Your rights

Because we’re based in France, the Apps follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to or restrict how it’s used. Email support@mykytasoima.cc and we’ll help. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in France, that’s the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Children’s privacy

Some Apps are made for a general audience, including families. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal data, email us and we’ll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version always lives on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
