About us

We’re Mykyta Soima — a small, independent app studio based in France. We publish our apps under the Mykyta Soima name. You can reach us at support@mykytasoima.cc.

Your license to use the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Apps for your own lawful use, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from.

Fair use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Apps, except where the law expressly allows it.
• Don’t break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights while using the Apps.
• Don’t try to reach data or areas you aren’t authorized to access.

Purchases & subscriptions

Some features may need a paid subscription or a one-time in-app purchase. These are sold and processed by the App Store, so its pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation rules apply. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual property

The Apps — including their code, design, text, and branding — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you.

Provided “as is”

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing here limits any liability that can’t be limited by law.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access to an App if you break these Terms, or where it’s needed for security or legal reasons.

Changes to the Apps

Apps evolve. We may add, change, or retire features over time, and we aim to keep everything stable while doing so.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version always lives on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in France, subject to those consumer rights.
